We work very hard to satisfy our customers. This is why the planning stage is most important. We must communicate clearly to save us both time and money. However, if something is not right, we will fix it free of charge. This does not include change orders.

Q.	Do you provide free estimates?
We charge a $25 consultation fee, that is credited back with the first deposit.

Q.	Do you offer payment or financing plans?
Our standard payment plan is 50% down at signing and 50% down upon delivery. This is pretty standard, based on payouts from lenders for remodeling loans. Please ask if you need other arrangements.

Q.	What are your hourly rates?
Rates are based on jobs. We do offer a multi-project discount.

Q.	Can I work along side you to reduce costs?
No. Due to insurance, we do not allow customers to work in our shop. However, you may if you wish perform your own install or pick up your cabinets to cut costs.

Q.	How does the building process work?
First, we meet with you to get some ideas and start planning your room. We then go back and draw up what you requested. Once you approve drawings, we decide when you want to start and collect a deposit for materials. We then start creating your dream, which will take 4-10 weeks depending on kitchen size.

Q.	How long does it typically take to have this type of work completed?
Typically, we can complete a standard 10x10 kitchen in 4-6 weeks. It will take longer if you have a larger kitchen or request exotic woods. Normally no longer than 10 weeks.

We are insured.

Q.	Do you assist in obtaining permits?
No, as permits are usually needed to replace cabinets.

Q.	What makes you different from other contractors?
We are different in that we offer a niche product. We offer true custom cabinets, but at an affordable price. We are priced higher than your big box stores, but much lower than other high-end custom cabinet shops in the area. We offer high value. We work with the customer to meet all your space and design needs. If you have a small job and need to match existing cabinets, we can do that.
