Q.  Do you have a customer satisfaction or refund policy?
Yes, if a customer is that unhappy with the performance I gave them, I will give them a either a partial refund, or a greatly reduced price on another gig.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
I was trained by a Professional disc jockey who had over 29 years in radio and television. I was trained in Audio Equipment Technology at ITT Tech here in Rhode Island, and certified by the PDJEI in 1993.

Q.  What are your hourly rates?
That depends on the function, where it is, and how long I'm needed. I charge much less than most DJs, but provide a service that's equal to or better than the highest charging DJs. There's nobody out there like me. I also don't charge extra for my light show, or for overtime. You have to contact me to get my rates.

Q.  Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy?
Yes, I do. I give you up to 1 month before your function to cancel and get your deposit back. That's usually more than enough time for me to get another function booked, since I usually get 2 and 3 requests for each date I'm booked.

Q.  What is your experience? How many events have you done?
I've been a disc jockey for over 10 years. In that time, I've done over 1500 events, 400 of them Weddings. I've done every possible function there is. I'm very adaptable.

Q.  Do you specialize in a specific genre of music?
No, I have every kind of music in existence, and hundreds and thousands of songs in each genre.

Q.  Do you take requests?
Yes I do. I have a very flexible program that permits me to take requests and work them in with the music I know that the guests will enjoy dancing to (even though they weren't requested). I feel out each crowd I play for and see what they like and dance to. I also announce that I'll be glad to play any requests.

Q.  Can I provide my own music?
Sure, if you request a song that I don't happen to have with me, I'm more than happy to play your cd.

Q.  Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure?
Yes I do, and I bring it with me.

Q.  Will you also be the Master of Ceremonies (MC)?
Yes, I have a lot of experience doing MC work, and I generally don't charge any extra for that service.

Q.  What is your standard attire?
Dress shirt and pants for all functions except for weddings, where I wear a suit or tuxedo.

Q.  Are you insured?
Yes.I am insured through Metropolitan accident coverage.

Q.  How are you different from other disc jockeys?
I'm a fun and interactive DJ who will get out on the floor and demonstrate certain dances for people, and my sense of humor and have fun personality sets me apart from all other DJs. But I adjust that personality level for each function I perform at. Not every function is the same.
