Business Description
The Dog Day Dream Inn is run by Michelle, John, and Dancer Borelli. We offer personalized, loving care for your pooch while you're away on vacation. No more feeling guilty leaving Fido at home or at the kennel because he'll feel right at home at the Dog Day Dream Inn! We make sure each guest quickly becomes part of our doggie family by giving him lots of love and attention. While here, we'll treat your dog as if he were our own, and that means lots of playtime, cuddling, and snoozing by the fire. The Dog Day Dream Inn is located in Pepperell, MA along the NH border about 15 miles west of Nashua, NH.

Q.  Do you offer discounts for multiple pets?
Discounts are available for multiple dogs (if well-behaved) after the first visit.

Q.  Are your kennels indoors or outdoors? If they are indoors, are they climate controlled?
We only crate the dogs for sleeptime, and the crates are downstairs in our air-conditioned living room.

Q.  How large is your kennel?
We take up to 3 dogs at a time, and operate our business as a doggie bed & breakfast.

Q.  Do you have an outdoor play area for dogs? Do you charge extra for play time?
Yes, we have a fenced-in backyard for the dogs along with a separate pen for small dogs. The dogs are supervised when outdoors.

Q.  Why should we board our pet(s) with you?
We provide personalized service for your dog and treat him as a member of our family while you are away. He also comes along with me to work at Gemini Dog Training & Daycare in Littleton, MA...so he is not left alone in a kennel.

Q.  What are your rates?
  $25 per night, per dog.

Q.  What do your rates include?
We provide full-service care for your pet while you are away. They become a member of our family during their visit.

Q.  Do you offer play sessions for pets?
Yes, we have a fenced-in backyard where the dogs play several times a day (supervised by us, of course!)

Q.  Do you offer discounts for multiple pets?
Discounts are available for multiple dogs (if well-behaved) after the first visit.

Q.  Do you have indoor climate-controlled facilities?
Yes, our house is air-conditioned and heated.

Q.  What makes you different from other pet boarding facilities?
We are a second home, not a kennel.

Q.  What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
I am a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers and have been certified in Pet First Aid. I have also worked in a doggie daycare and training facility for five years, and I fill in for several local kennel owners when they go on vacation.

Q.  What are your rates? What services do these rates include?
$20 per visit or $75 per night to sleepover

Q.  Do you offer overnight service where you stay in my home?
Yes, providing that I do not have other dogs to care for during the stay.

Q.  Do you charge extra for giving medication?
  No.

Q.  How many times a day do you come to visit my pets? How long is each visit?
If you choose for us to visit your pets at home, we will come by however many times you want us to! We recommend no less than three visits per day.

Q.  Will you come and meet with me and my pet(s) before I travel?
  Absolutely! I require it...

Q.  Do I pay before or after my return? Is there a deposit?
After your return; no deposit required.

Q.  Will I need to show a proof of vaccination?
Yes, we ask that you provide proof of Rabies and Distemper vaccines. We also encourage kennel cough vaccines and fecal tests.

Q.  What will you do if my pet becomes sick while I am away?
We transport sick dogs to the vet and contact you immediately. We will provide whatever extra care is needed for your pet until you return.

Q.  Do you have pets of your own?
Yes, I have a bichon named Tyler and a mixed-breed terrier named Dancer. They are my babies! ;-> We are also fostering a Golden Retriever, and if his family isn't found soon, we will be adopting him!

Q.  What are the advantages to using a pet sitter versus a kennel or a neighbor?
I am a trained professional, with over 5 years of experience caring for other people's pets. I do this for a living, not for a weekend.

Q.  What makes you different from other pet sitters?
Since I board dogs in my home on a regular basis, I do not have multiple pet sits to perform each day. I typically limit myself to one or two extra clients, so that I can provide the best possible care.
