We will be getting married at The Reef restaurant in Long Beach and they do not provide an on site coordinator. I need someone to help make sure my guests know where to go/sit for the ceremony and to get the ceremony procession started. Then help with the itinerary at the reception. Thanks!

Details: we were married last new years eve out of the country so we want to celebrate with family and friends. The occasion should be every thing except the actual vows...i.e. dinner, flowers, music, decorations photographer etc. I picked a budget number but that was mostly a guess as I have little sense of cost.
