Details: The east side of house has mud wasps, paper wasps, and either honeybee or yellow jacket nests. The nests are located under the eaves. This is a * story house, so this area is approximately ** – ** feet off the ground (lawn, roses in this area). The wasp nests appear to be external. The honey bees or whatever appear to be entering the attic through */*" screen hardware cloth covering the ventilation holes in the headers between the rafters. The exact location of the honeybee nest is unknown.
The intent is to locate (where necessary), exterminate, and remove all remains, (nests, bees, etc), then seal the area so that the bees can no longer gain access to the soffit/attic area – without damaging the home.
The home was built in ****, and all of these nests have been built this year; the infestation is relatively recent.

Details: WE DO NOT HAVE FLEAS OR TICKS --We have some sort of MITE problem. They are NOT bird mites and have no interest in biting humans or pets. After several mis-identifications, our exterminator said they are lawn mites of some varriety and we should call a lawn guy. The lawn care services said we should call an exterminator. I have been researching on-line for a week and am pretty sure we need a good dousing of the perimiter of our house with *.*% bifenthrin (preferably one of the cheaper versions like "bifen-it" as oppossed to "talstar.")

Details: We know of a historic termite problem from the previous homeowner. House was built in **'s, a contemporary cape with a two car garage. Approx. **** sq ft of living space and full unfinished basement. When we purchased the home in summer ****, an exterminator inspected and said all damage was existent and there was no new termite activity. We suspect that we now have some carpenter ant activity in the areas previous affected by termites. The house has not been treated in the past * years. We also have a dog, so we are concerned that the treatment does not make the dog sick.
