gandy home improvemnt did NOT give the the best service the promised. they never pulled a rofing permit, which s stated in the contract that they would. i called them out on that and they will not get back with me. they have hired a lawyer i told him what gandy failed to comply with the trems in their contract. its been almoat 1 full week and he has not called back. i would NOT recommend gandy to anyone. they will try to scam you like they are trying to scam me.
