Yes, if you have to cancel due to a Death, Fire or Natural Disaster a Full Refund will be given. |

Do you require a deposit? What is your cancellation policy? |

Yes, a $100.00 Deposit/Retainer will ensure the Date and Time you want are reserved for you only. A cancellation of the Booking by the Client must be made within 14 Days of the Contract but, prior to 3 months before the Event is 100% Refundable. |

I've been a DJ for over 12 years with 214 Wedding Receptions along with Hundreds of other Events. Was DJ at the Night Gallery, Club North, Spirits, Nashville & Internet Clubs. Done Events at the Springfield Country Club, Dayton Country Club, Springfield Marriott, Bushnell Center, Eagles, VFW, Moose & Shrine Club along with numerous Banquet Halls in Dayton and the Columbus area. |

Yes, if you want I even have a Guest section available on my Web Site so that your Guests can pre-request Songs to be played at your Event. |

Yes, but I am not responsible for the content of that Muisc. I also have a Music Section on my Web Site that allows you to pick out Songs that have to be played, Songs you would like to be played and Songs you do not want to be played at your Event This is very important if I am to take requests. |

Do you have back-up equipment in case of failure? |

Yes, I precheck my Equipment to ensure there are no problems and carry Backup for all my Equipment. |
