a wonerful trainer. I started out a real invalid last June. I kept falling because my balance was so bad. My balance is now great. I haven't fallen in months. My whole body is stronger than it has been in years. His traing is correct. He knows what he is doing. He can watch me and knows when I am doing something correctly. I have tried other trainers, none of them have Luis's expertise, and his personality. I will keep working with him.
