Worst DJ service EVER. Horrible communication, no customer service, failure to deliver services as promised. Does not answer phone calls, can't reach anyone directly, does not answer e-mails, lied about receiving our information and reported it "lost" afterward. DJ assigned to our wedding was ill prepared, not what we asked for, and had horrible equipment; DJ called us at the last minute and sounded frustrated. They had months to prepare our music list and DJ told us just before the reception started that a file was corrupt, forcing me to pick a different song on the spot for my father-daughter dance. Unacceptable! Still have not received our weddding video THREE MONTHS AFTER!!! Still not returning phone calls. Horrible business. Worst element of our wedding! Do NOT recommend them to anyone. …
