Wonderful Personal Training.Very professional and personalized by my needs, with many different elements of yoga, pilates, weight training, cardivascular and mind wellness. I am very happy with my trainer, she is smart, sweet, listens to me and pushes me without pushing too much that I hurt myself.
I strongly recommend her.
