We used Charles Matter for our wedding photographer on August 7, 2005. I met charles in our home prior to using his sevice. So he can show me his work and offer some advise on were and how to shoot my pictures. He was on time and a very nice guy so we thought. until recently when we did send final payment for his service. I never heard from him again about when to expect our prints via the mail as he so indicated. Mr. Matter please we just want our negatives and we can get them developed some place else. I keep calling and emailing you but no respons. This was sent in hope of a resolution and so others won't be scammed on their special day.
