We hired Charles to photograph our wedding on Sept 18, 2004. He showed up on time, took beautiful pictures and had my proofs to me in a very timely manner. We then ordered a series of pictures for family and friends for Christmas gifts and we sent him payment and he quickly returned the finished prints to me. Then we ordered our parent albums, Charles came to the house to go over what we wanted in them and everything. We received the albums a few weeks later and gave them to our parents. Up to this point we did not have any problem with Charles. Sometime in September of 05 things went sour. We returned home from an anniversary trip, now having been married one year and met with Charles to finalize our album. He showed up at our place with all the prints printed in the appropriate size too look at before having them bound. All he had to do was send them off to the bindery and I would have my album. I was told in an email a day or two later that I would have the album within 3-6 weeks. It is now July 06 a little less than a year has gone by and I have heard nothing. I have called, emailed several times and sent a certified letter which is in the process of being returned to sender (received that in the mail last week). So at this point I just want my album or at least the prints so I can have them bound myself. I never suspected that this was going to happen because he delivered in all the areas up until that point. Charles, please get me my pictures...it is all that we are asking....
