We hired Charles Matter to shoot our wedding on 10-05-02, which he did, and gave us our proofs. Both my wife and I as well as my parents paid him to assemble our respective wedding albums, which we never received. For about 6 months, he gave us excuse after excuse before ceasing communication altogether. We then won judgment against him in small claims court, for which he never showed up. As we are never going to see our money or our wedding album, I thought you should be forewarned about the crookedness of this photographer so that this does not happen to other consumers. …
