VIPRide made a typographical mistake in my itinerary, and failed to correct it after being informed of it three times. As a result, the bus showed up in the WRONG CITY, an hour away. In my dealings with them after the incident, they have been almost completely non-responsive, with an eventual offer of a 1 hour discount of the price. Of course, this does not begin to take into account the qualitative changes, stress, and other effects their mistake had on my event.
In addition, the vehicle was not the type that I had requested, and the driver inappropriately attempted to have me write down my credit card information upon pickup - on a blank sheet of paper, and even though I had already been billed.
I strongly urge anyone considering this company to find another vendor.
