This vendor will NOT give you timely, quality service. PLEASE go find someone else to do your work. My fence contract has still not been completed since an agreement was signed in July 2005. They are not customer focused, and have no control over their business. You will never be given an honest start date for the work. No one will show up on the date you've been promised. This will go on for months. Once the work is finally started, you will have to chase these guys for a few more months to find out when they might keep to one of their "completion dates", and actually finish the job. In my case, all I received were broken promises, and anguish every month from July-DEC 05. They never finished the job. Today I fired this firm, after enduring half a year of frustration. I am hiring someone else today to complete the work. Enough is enough. Stay clear!!!
