This is the worst company I have ever delt with. We got an installion of our Trane unit that is undescribeable, from a unit not leveled to oversized ductwork, wall vents placed in the floor, the wrong thermostat installed, just to name a few. Many, many calls to the office have gone unreturned and at least two service appointment were no shows. We would never recommend this company and we will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Registrar of Contractors. This company should be forced out of business. Don't listen to the wonderful promises from the sales people...the rest of the company can not deliver. …
