They were way off in what they quoted versus what they charged the day of the move. They wanted to charge for the their tape usage, their blankets etc. Everything was boxed and ready to go when they got there but they wanted to charge me to take my tvs and lamps I ended up taking a lot of stuff myself that I didnt plan on. They had also had a promotion for free wardrobe boxes. I had asked to have them delivered prior to move date. They didnt. The day of the move they spent 45 minutes putting them together and since I was billed for their time, those boxes were in no means free to me. I would never recommend this company again. They also overcharged my credit card and it took me several calls and disputing the charge to get it rectified.
