Piedmont Pest Control was wonderful to work with from the initial inquiry to the continued customer care. We had interviewed and got quotes from three other pest control companies for an encapsulation system under our house. Piedmont Pest control was friendly and knowledgeable. Their technician actually crawled, inspected, took moisture level readings and drew the crawl space with measurements as part of their free evaluation and quote. We were very impressed with his honesty and desire to answer all of our questions. David, the technician, was our regular point of contact and was always on the job during the installation. The company owner Dan came out during the installation process and followed up with phone calls to make sure we were satisfied.
