New York Society for Ethical Culture was well served by the talents of Mr. Joel Simpson, who is an enormously talented photographer. Joel worked on three events celebrating the centennial of NYSEC's Landmark building in 2010. Due to his quiet sense of presence and expertise, Joel was able to capture remarkably energetic, candid photographs of government officials and distinguished media figures in both public and intimate settings. These photographs, along with those of Eleanor Roosevelt, Dr. Martin Luther King, Al Gore, and many others, will join NYSEC's archives, and will serve as a visual reminder of some of the notable people who have visited the New York Society for Ethical Culture during the last 100 years.
