My wife and I paid Charles Matter to assemble a photo album from our son's wedding, and we never received the album (nor has our son received his album). Charles Matter has very quietly slipped off the face of the earth in not returning calls or emails, while our memories from this very sacred occasion (which should have been preserved in this wedding album) have begun to fade. We are still waiting for a refund payment that he has been ordered to pay us via a small claims court judgment that he defaulted on. DO NOT hire this unethical photographer, unless you want to risk your most precious memories.
