My water heater broke and I needed a replacement fast. I first spoke with Alan who gave me a solid quote over the phone. I then called around to see if I could find better deals. I could not find a better deal except for one guy who had the same price but could not do it until a day later. So I called Alan back and asked him to replace the water heater. Within one hour, Mike from Ridgeway showed up and disconnected the old water heater. 10~15 minutes later, Alan showed up with a new water heater and it was installed quickly and professionally. His price included everything as promised and we had hot water about an hour later. I am happy to have found a plumber that I can trust. Thanks Alan and Mike.
