My experience with this company was hte worst that i have ever had. My belongings were search through. I was promised my belongings in 2 days and it was 5 when i got them. I have 1 box missing and i am in the process of filing a claim with you people and the better business bureau. They even stole a 12 roll pack of toliet tissue, now that was low. In my belongings that were marked personal they opened the box took some of my body washes out and my other box that is missing that had a red microwave anbd other things. I started to come back to houston and file a report for theft for my belongings. My contract stated that your people were responsible for the packing and unpacking of my furniture which i did myself i ahd to help the drivers helper carry my dresser up stairs and my boxspring and mattress, My dresser was not set up The front of my 57 inch h/d t.v. had a hole in the back and the material was torn on the front, my coffee was scratched, my lamps were bent and then your people had the nerve to ask for a tip. Where do you find these people but i will be sending in my claim and i do know one thin i am due a refund on my missing items, breach of contract, my damage items. You will be hearing from me soon
