July 18, 2005 Nick and I would like to thank you for everything that you did for us when selling our existing home and with the purchase of our new home. You thoroughly educated us in the Real Estate process. We have never met a more honest upfront person when comes to buying and selling our homes. When we had questions you were quick to answer and if you did not have the answer you would find it quickly and get back to us in a timely manner. The communication was so open and in no way intimidating. That gave us a great sense of relief. We were not worried about selling our house at all once we met you! Even after the sale of our existing home and close of the new home if we needed anything or even had stupid homeowner questions we could call or email you, and you were always willing to help us out with anything. You promised us a timely and aggressive marketing strategy and you came through on day 1. How exciting for us. You did everything we expected you to do and more we can honestly say that you went “Above and Beyond” what we asked of you. We have recommended you to all of our friends and neighbors who maybe looking to sell now or in the future, we were so impressed and glad that we found you.
