I worked with Vadim for just over one year, and must say it was worth minute of time I spent with him as my Fitness Trainer. Vadim was always as committed to my training as much as I was sometimes even more. Vadim would always help make my trianing sessions not only beneficial, but also fun. After 6 months from when I started with Vadim I increased my visits from twice a week to three times per week, because it made feel 10 years yonger working out with him. My training with Vadim only ended because I moved out of state. I would highly recommend Vadim Fitness Studio to anyone who wants to be and feel healthier. Rob Grandoni formerly of Mount Vernon, NY
