I was surprised to learn we could transfer our termite contract from the one we inherited at our home closing. Piedmont Pest Control filed all the necessary paperwork and took over our account. I have a stay-at-home wife who usually does not want to interface with contractors. I was pleased to learn her experience with the technician was very positive. She found him professional, pleasant, and courteous. We are pleased to be able to recommend Piedmont Pest Control as a quality contractor. -Bill & Gail Kendall
