I was relieved and impressed with the services provided to me by Steve Tylee. His quick response to my inquiry and experience in the business made me feel both excited to begin a program and relieved to trust someone who knows what is needed to get results. He is not a "small talker". If you are looking for a person to laugh with and talk socially throughout your workout he is not the trainer for you. If you are serious and need someone to lead you through a rigorous workout custom made for you he is the man for the job. He also provides a food program that is workable for anyone's schedule as this is also customized for you. Never have I worked so hard and felt so successful after a workout.
