I was given a window of 12-2 that they'd show up to replace my main water valve. They never showed up, and they didn't call. I had had my water shut off by the city ahead of time, so now I'm faced with finding another plumber on short notice, or spending another $120 to get the city to turn off my water again when I can find a plumber. Extremely unprofessional. …
