I hired Jeff Handley, the owner of Sprinklers Above the Rest, to landscape my front yard. He wanted half of the money up front. So I wrote him a check for $1,300 which he cashed the next day. He was supposed to start the job on July 20th (two weeks ago). I haven't seen or heard from him since. The phone number on the invoice is out of service and he won't return messages left on his cell phone. He never left me a card and the business address isn't listed on the invoice. …
