I have had my blue ribbon home warranty for 5yrs. the first two years I needed minor assistance for drain line cleaning and washing machine repair. They warranty did not pay for itself fully until the 3rd contract period. January, below zero temps; I go home for lunch turn the t-stat up to take the chill off the house. Instead of the house getting warmer it felt cooler. I put my hand over the vent; cold air blowing. I went to the basement opened the basement door and looked at the furnace; there is a red glow. I went to the phone called blue ribbon, spoke with tim in the service department. Tim said that he would have a tech call me to schedule an appointment. Within 3 hours the tech called and set a time for 5:15pm the same day. They had the furnace up and running; let me know that they would be back saturday morning, the next day with the part needed. The service was above and beyond what even the blue ribbon home warranty stated. They have also take care of a built in micro-wave oven and now today my air conditioner. Thank you blue ribbon for your excellent service. gw
