I couldn't be more happy with the product, service and installation of the Ideal replacement windows. Ron was professional in his presentation of the product line. He was able to compare the Ideal windows to other brands and explain the major and minor differences as well as the similarities. He set expectations and deadlines. Ron explained all aspects of replacement windows, had all of his credentials for review and came up with an unbeatable price. Ron knows his product and made recommendations that were perfect for our home. During removal and installation (27 windows) Ron's crew was outstanding. They only took 1 1/2 days to complete the job. All debris was hauled away and the site was spotless when they left. Ron was on site during installation to monitor progress and answer any questions. Our home looks brand new. Our garden window adds a real touch of beauty to the kitchen as well as allowing in much more light . The heat now stays in the house and no more maintenance! I will hire Sure-lok Homes in the future to replace exterior doors without hesitation. Ron runs a business the way it should be run.
