I'm 45 years old and I have never worked out before in my life. I avoided anything that involved sweating. Now after 3 months with Jenn as my personal trainer I actually look forward to my workouts! I love the personal one on one attention that I recieve. Jenn even took the time to go with me to pick out the proper training shoes for me to wear. Mary Teems Stay at home mother of 3.
