Gwen was very professional. She offered to make the wedding cake and supply food for the rehearsal dinner also, but we had already made other arrangements.
Everyone seemed to like the food she prepared. We didn't eat anything except the quiches, but heard everything was very good. The only problem we encountered is that I ordered chicken breast pieces in a terryaki sauce and what we got was some "mystery meat" breaded chicken pieces with a terryaki sauce. It was hardly touched! I was upset that she "bait and switched". If I had known I would get that type quality of food, I would have changed that particular menu selection. I had 6 different items. There were 78 guests and I also prepared 2 pork loins and 1 beef tenderloin, fruit, 3 cheese trays with crackers, nuts, pumpkin dip, and asparagus. If I had not had those extra items, we would not have had enough food!
Gwen and her staff stayed 2 extra hours washing dishes as they were used (she was paid for this), but it was a big help to us. Even tho there were guests in the kitchen while she was doing dishes, no one seemed to mind. She was very helpful.
