Found real source of problem with heating system and instead of replacing complete system, found a way to keep current system by cleaning and repairing what was needed at less than a third of the cost of a new system, while getting two current heating and a/c systems into near peak efficiency. Owner was professional, intelligent, honest and a joy to work with to resolve the problems and come to a solution acceptable to both of us.
