Due to high moisture levels in the crawl space under my house, I contracted with Piedmont Pest to install a Crawl Space Encapsulation System. They completely sealed the crawl space and installed a monitor which relays temperature and humidity readings to a digital readout located inside my house. I am able to view moisture and temperature levels under my house 24 hours a day and not only has my moisture problem disappeared, but I have realized a minimum of 10% savings in my heating and cooling bill each month. They did everything they said they would do for me and within the time frame they told me. They were very professional and left no clean up work for me. They not only did a jam up job at installation, but the follow up on their part has exceeded my expectations. Just recently I replaced my heat pump and the HVAC company contacted Piedmont Pest to notify them they would be removing and installing the new HVAC system under the house, which might damage the work they had done. Piedmont Pest came out and installed a protective barrier (all at no cost to me)over their existing material so that the HVAC company could do their work without damage to the crawl space system. Again, David and all the folks at Piedmont Pest were great and provided a good product and outstanding service. It is good to know that there are still honest and dependable people and businesses like Piedmont Pest that we can trust to come into our homes and deliver quality service.
