Description Of Work: Replaced the 23 yr old A/C compressor and coil with a new energy efficient Amana setup. Replaced an aging 40 gallon gas hot water heater with a new Rinnai, tankless water heater. The age of the house and configuration (80 year old duplex) made it a difficult installation, but we all knew that from before the contract was signed. Nevertheless, Apple had no difficulty and stuck to its price. This couldn't have been better. They actually gave us more than we bargained for. On their own, they decided the Rinnai R75 model would be a better fit than the R50 we contracted for, and did not charge additional for this upgrade. They also resolved an unforeseen condensate drainage problem by adding a floor pump to the system, again at no additional cost. They replaced the simple but perfectly functioning thermostat with a new programmable unit. I don't recall seeing that on the contract but again, no additional charge. The price for all this was very good, AND, they offer an internet coupon discount which was deducted from the final cost. We could not have been more pleased. We would definitely recommend Apple Comfort to anyone and use them again.
