Collin Green returned our call within 2 hours. He was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. He answered our questions and provided us with options we could pursue. He gave us his direct line and picked up our calls twice during weekend hours. When he came out to our house to perform an inspection he was thorough and friendly. Collin followed delivered the quote to our door within 2 days. Our scheduled appointment for the treatment is next week.
