Charles Matter is someone I would highly recommend staying away from at all costs. He took a 50% deposit for work that I hired him to do. He did none of the work, and kept the deposit! I called him and emailed him more times that I can keep track of. He kept making excuses and putting me off in regards to the work, and ultimately, the return of the deposit.
