Before we called Summit, I was spending the majority of my time trying to track down individuals to pay past-due debts. I had a difficult time actually connecting with these companies, and when I did, I was basically told “the check’s in the mail.” After months of wasted time and constant frustration, a former colleague mentioned Summit Account Resolution. We tried working with a large agency in the past, but we required a certain number of accounts per year; we couldn’t justify the investment. Though Summit is nationwide, they have a small agency feel. I was a little hesitant to call, but was practically hand-held through the process and was blown away by the support and quick results. It is such a relief knowing that I don’t have to chase after our past-due accounts anymore. We depend on Summit to come through for us and they do! We just wish we would have contacted them sooner.
