As of Dec 2005, the owner of this company can not be located. Company appears to have tanked, and I need them to honor their warranty!
The owner knows his stuff but his crews do poor work by not finishing the details -- debris not cleaned up, duct-work half painted (ran out of paint), tubes block attic access, vents connected to wrong zone (did they test?). …
