As a perennial nervous Nellie, with highly critical foodie friends, my dinner party experience with EV Catering was both calmative and collaborative. Antonio works with passion, precision and humor to relieve the stress of anticipation, simplify preparation and WOW the most critical guest with impeccable presentation and flawless service ... and the price is right! I've discovered a treasure who traveled down to the North Shore of LI to make our evening memorable!
