Arranging the trip was good. We were dissappointed in the airport delay. We did not realize that we were making arrangements through a third party. Sue was very helpful in setting up the trip and making necessary changes as well as working with the airport so that we could get our tickets. I'm undecided about whether I would use Concierge Travel again. My husband was very disappointed! …
