Alpine did a great job on my low maintenance deck, however, they built the deck before the homeowner's association approved the construction and did not build the deck according to the plans resulting in a property line dispute with the neighbor. The county had to get them to take down the fence and relocate some of the rails on the deck. Still waiting to see if they will abide by the county's request March 21, 2006.
