All in all Visionplas is a good company. Like all companies there are some issues. They have excellent pricing and quality windows. My only complaint is that they are weak in communicating with their customers. I had to make the effort into calling regarding issues such as when the installers are coming in and if the windows are complete. Our windows were installed the week of Christmas 2004. During the installation one of the main windows cracked. We have yet to hear from them regarding the completion of the job. It is now Feb 14th 2005. I have had to call them serveral times to find out information regarding our window that needs to be fixed. They could also work on thier finishing touches before completing a job. …
