1. Demolished/removed everything from 5 x 7 bathroom. 2. Installed new tub, hardiback, tub/shower faucets, and copper pipe. 3. Tiled 3 side tub alcove, added wall niche/shelf, and extended tile to ceiling height. 4. Installed new toilet, water connector hose, and inlet knob. 5. Installed new vanity, sink, faucets, water connector hoses, inlet knobs and vanity design required relocation of cold water inlet pipe. 6. Installed new wall light and combo exhaust fan/heater/overhead light, dropped additional electric line so fan/heater/light could have separate switches. 7. Installed medicine cabinet, shower curtain rod, towel racks, and glass shelves. 8. Laid new flooring. 9. Also, replaced washers/rings in outdoor faucet.
JY's time and dollar estimates were accurate (price was for labor only). He always asked just the right questions to pinpoint what I wanted and he brought up options and ideas I hadn't considered, especially for the ceramic tile. He gives his honest opinion and I value his judgment. He provided extra assistance when there were problems with the materials (wrong tile was delivered during the remodel and one door edge on the medicine cabinet was cracked) - he worked his job schedule around during the time it took to get new tile and helped return/replace the cabinet. He very graciously performed a good deed for my neighbor. Also, he tolerated my insane dogs. …
